Eligible Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. The return request must be submitted before the 30‑day period ends. Items shipped to us after the window may be declined.

Item Condition Requirements

  • Unworn, unwashed, and free of scents or stains.
  • Original tags attached and packaging included where applicable.
  • All accessories, belts, and bundled items returned together.

Non‑Returnable Items

For hygiene and limited‑edition reasons, the following are final sale: intimate apparel, swimwear, beauty items, personalized pieces, and gift cards. Sale items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges Guidance

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. For the fastest service, return the original item and place a new order for your preferred size or color. This ensures inventory is reserved for you right away.
