Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Most orders leave our fulfillment center within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM Eastern Time, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping policy
We aim to make shipping feel as effortless as your wardrobe upgrade. Below you’ll find our processing times, domestic delivery estimates, and the information we need to keep your shipment secure and on schedule.

We currently ship within the United States. Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days after processing. Expedited services, when available at checkout, arrive within 2–3 business days.
Weather events, carrier interruptions, or peak shopping periods can occasionally extend delivery estimates. If your shipment is delayed, we’ll keep you informed with the latest tracking information.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, carrier, and order size. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow delivery progress in real time.
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Velvet Lane is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to update an address, contact us immediately after placing your order.
